How long do you need to set-up and take down a bouncy castle, slide, assault course or other inflatable?
This depends on the item being hired. For example a 12 x12 will on average take around 15-20 minutes to set up, however larger or multiple items will take a little longer. When booking, please tell us what time your event will start and end, so that we can advise what time we will need to arrive to set up the hire items.
What if the weather isn't as forecast?
Unfortunately, we cannot promise the sun will shine, so if it is very bad weather and you wish to cancel, please telephone and cancel giving the most amount of notice possible. If you cancel more than 1 hour before delivery is due there will be no charge. However should we attempt to make delivery and you subsequently decide to cancel we will require payment.

What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Please measure the area to ensure what you have booked will fit. If you are unsure telephone us and we will help. You also need to ensure the chosen area has sufficient height.
We will require clear access to deliver the hire item. All inflatables will be loaded on to a sack trolley, therefore we need access to be at least 3ft (91cm) wide. Please clear the surface area where the hire item is to be located. If you have animals or children or even adults that bite, bark or are scary then please keep them indoors until delivery of hire item has been completed and the driver has left the premises.
